How do I switch to Hybrid Power?

1. We contact your current provider to start the switch. It typically takes less than 7 days to complete this process.
2. You should get a final bill from your old provider within 30 days of switching.
3. You’re now connected to Hybrid Power Electricity.

What is wholesale electricity?
A.
Just like your mood can change every few minutes, so can the price of electricity. The prices are set by ERCOT and fluctuate depending on supply and demand. Supply and demand factors include things like weather conditions, prices of fuel, etc... Essentially, when there’s excess energy (low demand), the price of energy can drop to negatives. Yes, that means we’ll pay you to charge your phone. But when there is high demand, energy prices can increase, but you won't be surprised because we do everything we can to help you save money during these peak times.

How does post-pay work?

You’re able to pay month-to-month for your electricity bill, with no contracts or commitments.

I’m moving, what do I do?

Who do I call in case of a power outage?

Outages are handled by your local utility. If you know your local utility, you can call them directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are proud to be one of the few companies that offers everything paperless, you will receive your bill via email.

What are all the ways I can pay my bill?
A.
We don’t limit you to just one form of payment. Pay your bill using Venmo, ACH, Auto-Draft, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Do I have to pay a payment processing fee?
A.
Yes, a payment processing fee of $2.50 per $500 of usage. Example: If you have $700 of usage you will have two $2.50 fees.
